Today in history

October 15th has had alot of significant events. The first event that im going to list is that in 1984 Colorado had a blizzard, this blizzard brought three feet of snow to the area and shut down most of the state. I picked this because I think it would be cool to have that much snow then school would be closed for a couple days. In 2005 there was a riot in toledo sparked by the Neo-Nazi Organization, NSM. I picked this because it was very close to Sand Creek, Michigan and it was also very recent. I got those two things from http://www.thepeoplehistory.com/october15th.html . In 1989 Wayne Gretzky scored his 1,851st career point, breaking the NHL record. I picked this because I like sports and hockey is one of my favorites. Im out of time so I'll post the other two things at home. I got that last one from http://www.historybyday.com/october/15th.html
